Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve SEO and increase organic website traffic
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and product management, to define target audiences and develop messaging and positioning for products and services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure the ROI of marketing activities.
Pre-requisite:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing in the IT/ software industry
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing effective SEO strategies
- Proven track record of running paid advertising campaigns (Google & Facebook)
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and web analytics
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

CTC: ₹ 5L per – 7L per annum
