- Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services.
- Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings
- Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve conversion of leads.
- Calling & meeting leads obtained from Digital Marketing, Webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Understand challenges faced by Indian SMB’s & gather market feedback.Â

- Software / FinTech / SAAS / ERP Sales Experience is mustPost Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Business software / SAAS sales. MBA’s preferred.
